The District Board typically holds its regular meetings at 7:00 PM (EST) on the second Monday of every other month (January, March, May, July, September & November). 

Board of Appraisers meetings are held as needed and Special Meetings may be called on a case-by-case basis. All Appraisers Meetings and Special Meetings time, place, and reason are announced publicly at least 72 hours in advance.  Unless otherwise stated for a Special Meeting or due to special circumstances, all meetings are held at the Jerusalem Township Hall located behind the Fire Station at 9501 Jerusalem Road (US Rt. 2), Curtice, Ohio 43412.

For 2026, the regular meetings will occur at 7:00 PM (EST) on the dates listed below: 

• January 5th ~ Moved to first Monday for 2026
• March 9th
• May 11th
• July 13th
• September 14th
• November 9th
